Keep ‘er movin

It is disappointing that our ATV ordinance is not on the agenda for Monday’s town board meeting. I thought we had a discussion started and we were going to continue it. I know everyone is busy but I encourage everyone to continue staying active in advocating for ATV routes.

Those who oppose the ATV routes are counting on you becoming discouraged and moving on. If possible please make an effort to attend Mondays meeting and use the public comment portion to voice your support.

It is interesting to see the agenda has golf carts on the roads as a discussion item. I am looking forward to hearing more about this. I am anxious to learn if this will benefit the entire community or just a select group of individuals.

We knew going into this that it will be a process, much like Rome was not built in a day, it will take @everyone staying involved for the duration to see this through.

One of the most important things I took away from our July club meeting is our need to stay positive and stay focused. Let’s not allow others to hijack our conversations by turning us negative or by changing the topic.

Never underestimate the power of a motivated group of people.
