The Okauchee Area ATV/UTV Club Inc. (OKATV) was founded with the intent of promoting legalizing public roads as routes for responsible ATV/UTV operation in the Lake Country and surrounding areas. In addition we envision creating a camaraderie of local enthusiasts to share ideas, best practices, and schedule outings and events together both locally and at other remote locations when possible.

It is OKATV’s belief that a few bad apples really can ruin it for everyone by creating a negative perception of the ATV/UTV community as a whole. We align with the philosophy that an ounce of prevention carries more value than a pound of cure. Therefore it is our intent to proactively champion responsible ATV/UTV behaviors by maintaining a culture of accountability within our community.

OKATV encourages enthusiasts to be good stewards of our collective reputation as the ATV/UTV community by being mindful of noise emissions from their machines, by not trespassing and especially not damaging any private or public lands or roadways which will likely result in all of us forfeiting the privilege of enjoying the operation of our machines locally.

United as a group, OKATV's collective influence will be strong to promote opening public road routes in and around our area. We look forward to working together with you to advance our mission
