ATV Route Sign Sponsorship Pledge

Dear Area Business Owner Friends,

As you may know Okauchee Area ATV/UTV Club (OKATV) has been diligently working for more than 2 years to establish ATV/UTV road routes in Western Waukesha County. We have been successful in getting ordinances passed in the Villages of Summit and Dousman and the Town of Ottawa. Other municipalities are likely to approve ordinances of their own soon. All these ordinances are conditional upon the street signs being paid for by our club coordinating fundraising to pay for all of the costs of signage.

Our projection for the total costs of the municipal routes in these three communities is $15,000 to $20,000. We have been collecting donations from many of the residents in these and the surrounding areas. Now are calling on the business community to step forward in our fundraising efforts.

ATVs and UTVs are an excellent outdoor family recreational activity enjoyed by many. ATV road touring is rapidly growing in popularity across the country. Wisconsin is among the leaders of having ATV road routes as our state’s leaders recognize they are proven to be a safe means of enjoying family time while getting outdoors and interacting with others.

A few facts you may find of interest is that Wisconsin ATV/UTV Association (WATVA) had an accredited economic impact study in 2023 which proved that ATV and UTV riders provided $5.43 BILLION dollars into the Wisconsin economy. Another fact many are not aware of is that Waukesha County has more registered ATVs and UTVs than any other county in the state. Once these road routes are open we are sure your business will realize the positive impact this will have on your revenue.

So, we are now asking for your help. We have put together sponsorship tiers to recognize business route sign sponsors. Besides the trickle-down effect the routes will have, what you can expect from us is to feature your business on our website with recognition for your contribution. This will include details and description of your business (you help us write), a direct link to your webpage and or social media pages. We will post links to the webpage periodically on our social media outlets to direct traffic to your sites. In addition to this we have a line card type banner on our monthly newsletter emailed to our membership that will include your company logo arranged by sponsorship tier. We will also have line cards on display at our fundraising and other events.

We are offering the following cleverly labeled tiers of sponsorship.

Dusty (Silver) - $250 - $499

Dirty (Gold) - $500 - $999

Muddy (Platinum) - $1,000 - $1,999

Really Muddy (Double Platinum) - $2,000 - $2,999

Full Send It (Triple Platinum) - $3,000 and above
